“ I placed a roast order with Vignette last weekend and it was promptly processed and prepared for pickup (2-3 days later). When I visited their location to pick up my coffee, I noticed some teas on offer. I'm typically a tea drinker trying to learn about quality coffee, so even though I was just there to pick up my order, I wasn't able to resist the urge to try a cuppa. I mentioned this to the owners, and they brewed me a spectacular tea (I believe it was the Old Grove Honey Orchid Oolong from Song Tea). They were flexible with my preferences and when it was finished, they informed me that it would be on the house! Their commitment to providing single origin, ethically produced products is a relief to mindful sippers, and their treatment of customers (if my experience was representative) demonstrates how much you're valued when you walk through their door. This was my first experience with Vignette, and I can confidently say that I'll be a lifelong customer. ”
